Information you share

The form collects your name, email, company if provided, area of interest, engagement format and message. Required fields allow us to process and reply to your enquiry. You are not subscribed to a newsletter.

Purposes and legal bases

Quote and service enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other questions are handled under our legitimate interest in maintaining business communications. Abuse prevention and website security rely on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. Information is not used for automated marketing.

Access, security and retention

Enquiries are saved in a Cloudflare D1 database and accessed by the studio owner through a protected inbox. IP addresses are hashed with a secret for abuse prevention; raw IP addresses are not stored with enquiries. Enquiries older than 365 days are deleted when a new enquiry is submitted or the inbox is accessed. This is not a daily automated deletion.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare, the technical hosting provider, may process data needed to operate and secure the service. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare describes the safeguards applicable to these transfers in its privacy policy. Cloudflare privacy policy.

Your rights

Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the form and specify that your enquiry concerns your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL. Contact the CNIL.

Third-party services on pages

Studio pages do not load advertising, analytics, embedded videos or remotely hosted fonts.
